Hi, I’m Jamie – a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and founder of Sidebar Nutrition. I believe in nurturing your relationship with food and accessing your mind-body connection is essential to feeling like your best.
My philosophy lies within designing a way of living that is balanced, enjoyable and in alignment with how you want to feel. This starts with knowing yourself better, building up self-trust and creating daily health practices that allow you to feel nourished, energized and at ease in your body.
Short term solutions like diets and cleanses leave you feeling worse than when you started and don’t get to the root of the issue.
Instead of focusing on the number on the scale or rules about what to eat or what not to eat, we will shift your focus onto how you can use mindfulness to make nourishing your whole self a priority.

FAQs
Do you provide meal plans?
Nutrition Coaching provides you with guidance on what, how and when to eat (and beyond) however, structured meal plans are not a key focus of nutrition coaching. While meal plans can be helpful is some situations. Meal plans are not the solution to your long term health results because they are not sustainable.
What support does Nutrition Coaching offer?
60 minute comprehensive initial session

Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time. However you may use your HSA if you have a credit card. Be sure to check with your employer regarding any reimbursements.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes! Nutrition Coaching is 100% virtual. We will meet for sessions via video conferencing.
Do you offer laboratory testing?
Laboratory testing is not offered at this time however referrals can be made as needed to local practitioners.
